By using this website, operated by CurlyCorn LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

Unhunch is an app in development. This website shows planned functionality and lets you register interest. The product preview is a simulation; no app is available yet, and features, platforms and timelines may change or be dropped before launch. Unhunch is an ergonomics and wellness tool, not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

3. Early-access list

Joining the list is free and does not commit you to anything. If Unhunch launches, every address still on the list gets a free beta invite and 50% off the standard first-year price at launch. Pricing is not set yet. We may cancel the project before launch. You can leave the list at any time through the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Sign up with email addresses that are not yours.
• Submit the form with scripts or bots, or try to circumvent its rate limits.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, texts, images, the shrimp mascot and the underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may link to the site and share its pages; you may not copy its content for your own products or services.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE PRODUCT DESCRIBED HERE WILL BE RELEASED.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

We may modify these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page and updating the date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
